About gr0.ai
What it does
gr0.ai is one place for a sales and service team to run its day: capture and work every lead, keep email, texts and calls with each customer in one timeline, manage the pipeline, book meetings on a shared calendar, send quotes, contracts and invoices for signature and payment, run campaigns and sequences, and see how the business is doing. An AI assistant (gr0) drafts, summarizes and does the busywork, always inside the permissions of the person using it.
Who it is for
Small and mid-size teams that sell and serve customers by phone, text and email, and want one system instead of five: agencies, service businesses, brokers and funders, and sales-led companies. Owners and admins set up roles and brands; each person sees only what their role allows.
Calendar sync
People can connect a Google Calendar or a Microsoft 365 / Outlook calendar so meetings booked in gr0.ai appear in their calendar and conflicts are caught. We use the access only for that. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Trust
We keep customer data private, never sell it, and do not train AI on it. Read the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, the security overview and the sub-processors list.
